17. NYPD officers helped arrested me again and again per Elisa Guo's request

Through Bernstein and Greathead, Elisa Guo not only asked the Police officers or detectives in New Jersey to persecute me, but also utilized the NYPD officers to arrest me again and again.

On August 20, 2010, three NYPD officers came to my office located at 1585 Broadway, New York. They served me a civil complaint for Elisa Guo!

Officer Nauarro Joaquin signed on this paper when he served me.  I have tried to asked NYPD officer to serve the similar complaint, but none of them would serve it for me. I asked Officer Nauarro Joaquin why he served a civil complaint for Elisa Guo.

Officer Nauarro Joaquin told me he did whatever his boss asked him to do.

Then, I asked him if he could serve the counter complaint to Elisa Guo for me.

Officer Nauarro Joaquin told me it would be up to his boss.

On the same date, I submitted counter complaint and TRO. It was exactly the same type of complaint. I went to the 17th Precinct of NYPD and asked them to serve the complaint for me. However, none of them would help me to serve the complaint.

The New Jersey Police officers helped Elisa to serve me Civil Restraining orders, but refused to serve my orders to Elisa Guo. I have to serve my complaint to Elisa Guo through process servers. However, Elisa Guo complained to the Judge that I used legal service to harass her and violated the Restraining order. Elisa Guo asked the Judge to prevent me to use any other service to serve my complaints to Elisa Guo, except using Police officers to serve her. Elisa Guo could use NYPD police officers as her servants. She also asked the Judge to order me to use NYPD to serve my complaints. What a ridiculous requests. And the Judge just approved Elisa Guo's such kind ridiculous requests!

Since then, Elisa false accused me again and again, and sent me to prison through her servants in NYPD! But I couldn't file my counter-complaint against Elisa Guo, because I couldn't serve her my complaint through any police officers.

I was really wondering why did the police officers always serve for Elisa Guo, but never serve for me? Did the police officers only serve civil complaint for women, or they just serve the civil complaints for the Chinese Communist?

Around December 6th, 2010, I got a phone call from the 17th Precinct of NYPD. Later on I figured out it was Officer Stewart Loo and his Squad team called me at my office number again and again. They asked me to go to his office immediately. Officer Loo told me that he just want to talk to me. He promised me he would not arrest me if I went to his office on immediately. I asked him to show me the warrant or the complaint first. He told me there are no warrant, he just represent Elisa Guo and wanted to spoke to me privately. I refused to meet him unless he showed me the warrant.

Since then, Officer Loo and his squad  team kept calling me everyday and asked me to go to their office. I have to retain Mr. Mark Getzoni as my attorney.  On the early morning of December 11th, Mark accompanied me to go to the 17th Precinct of NYPD. Officer Loo's team arrest me and sent me to the prison.

On December 12th, 2010, I was bailed out by my attorney Mr. Mark Getzoni, and I was given a protection order by the Honorable Judge Dianna Boyar. Since then, I was ordered to have court hearings roughly about once a month.

They court didn't give me any complaint for this case. My Attorney Mark might had one. But Mark was so afraid to give me provide any information about this case. He refused to give me the complaint and some relevant documents.

When I showed up at the court, the district prosecutor complained that I had criminal records.

I believe everyone could easily figured out with in 2 seconds that the man in the above picture was someone else but rather than me. However, it took 6 months for the NYC district prosecutors to figure it out it and dismiss the case.

Another evidence provided by Ms. Elisa Guo to the prosecutor was an email that Elisa received from me, and thus violated the protection order issued by New Jersey Superior Court of the Somerset County. However, based on the sender's IP address, my attorney Mark Getzoni found out that email was sent from China, while I had never been in China since 1996!

Obviously, it was Elisa Guo false accused me based on lies and faked evidences, and the Chinese Security Agency must helped Elisa Guo to create this case. The emails provided by Elisa Guo to the court must be provided by the Chinese security agents or hackers. No one else would be interested in using my email accounts to send email to Elisa Guo, except the Elisa Guo's comrades in the Chinese Military in China.

It could be 6 or 7 Judges had handled my case  from December 2010 to September 2012 at the NYC criminal court. I can't remember all their names.

It was ridiculous that all these Honorable Judges at the New York Criminal court kept asking me to plea guilty based on such ridiculous complaints and faked evidences! All of them knew Elisa Guo was a liar, and I was a victim, the even knew Elisa Guo was a Chinese Military Officer, and I was a Chinese dissident. However, these HONORABLE judges gave me protection order as long as 2 years! They just wanted to protect a Chinese Military officer! these HONORABLE judges had never given any punishment to Elisa Guo, even they knew Elisa Guo lied to the Court and made false statements in her complaint.

Shame on all these HONORABLE judges! They protected Elisa Guo, even they knew Elisa Guo was the actual criminal and offender. They helped the Chinese government to persecute me, even they knew the evidence that was used to sue me was created by the Chinese security agency!

Shame on Police Officer Stewart Loo and his squad team at the Precinct of NYPD! Shame on Attorney General Paula Dow and her detective teams including Michael Schutta! They helped the Chinese military officer Elisa Guo to arrest me again and again based on false statement and perjury!

I really don't know how Elisa Guo have those HONORABLE people work for the Chinese government. But I do know that Elisa Guo might applied one of the following schemes:

1) Honey traps.

2) Bribe.

3) Impact those HONORABLE people through Steven Greathead or Robert Bernstein.

Otherwise, why did they just do whatever Elisa Guo asked them to do? Why did they always trust Elisa Guo, who was obviously a liar and cheater? And why did they never listen to me who always tell the true and facts?

Eventually, in May 2011, the New York City Criminal court dismissed this case. I was told that the reason for dismiss this case was:  the original complaint complained the defender violated a temporary protection order. However, the prosecutor had never provided the original protection order!

How ridiculous it was! They complained me violated a protection order, but they had never provided the protection order that I violated! However, the court used this false complaint to issue a new protection order against me for 2 years!

18. The same tricks and traps repeated again and again, and will never be ended!

The above case was dismissed on May 22nd, 2011. However, it was not the end of my nightmare. Elisa Guo created the same case with same tricks and with helps of the same police officers and the Judges. They would never stop this kind evil traps until they eventually destroy me!

Since June 6th, 2011, Officer Loo and his squad team continued to call me and harass me.

At about 9 a.m., June 6th, 2011, Officer Loo called me using the phone number 212-826-3257.  Here is the conversation:

Officer Loo: "Are you Gang Liu?"

Liu: "Yes, I am. Who is speaking?"

Officer Loo: "You konw who I am. We spoke before."

Liu: "Your name please."

Officer Loo: "Call me back, I will tell you. "

He hang on the phone. Then, I immediately called back at 9:04 a.m.

Liu: "Someone just called me using this phone. Could you please let me know who called one minute ago?"

Officer Loo: "What? No one called you."

Liu: "You just talked to me, and asked me to call back."

Officer Loo: "What? Why did you call me? You are harassing police officer. Do you want me to arrest you?"

I have to finish the phone conversation with Officer Loo.

In the following days, Officer Loo kept calling me, but I refused to talk to him.

On June 22nd, called me again at my work phone, and asked me to call him back, otherwise, he would come to my office at Morgan Stanley's building to arrest me. I called him back. Here is our conversation:

Officer Loo: "I called you at your cell phone. Why didn't you talk to me?"

Liu: "Whenever I spoke to you, you complained I harass a police officer. Then, why should I talk to you?"

Officer Loo: "You need come to my office today. I promise you I will not arrest you if you can come today. "

Liu: "Do you have any warrant or complaint against me?"

Officer Loo: "What? What? You ask me for complaint? I have no complaint. I just want to speak to you privately."

Liu: "Then, let's meet at my office."

Officer Loo: "Do you want me to arrest you at your office?"

Liu: "You just said you wanted to have a private talk."

Officer Loo and his squad team continued to called me and harass me like that. I asked my friend David Lu to go to Officer Loo's office to speak to him. Officer Loo told Mr. David Lu that I harassed Elisa Guo by posting articles on my blogger. Officer Loo then spoke to me through phone. Again, he asked me to go to his office to talk to him. He also promised that he would not arrest me if I talk to him first. I refused to talk to him.

Mr. Peter Gordon charged me about $5,000. He promised me that he could set up traps to put officer Loo into prison.

I didn't want to sue officer Loo. Instead, I just wanted to stop Officer Loo harassing me again. However, Mr. Gordon told me that I couldn't protect myself unless let him to put Officer Loo into prison. Mr. Gordon also sent me his detailed plans through his assistant. I retained him with 3 pre-requests:

1) Never claim Elisa Guo a Chinese spy, just tell the Judge that Elisa Guo was a Chinese military officer. I wrote a long article to explain the difference between Spy and Military Officer.

2) Never asked me to meet the police officers at 17th Precinct of NYPD.

3) Has no contact with any one from Human Rights First, including Bernstein and Greathead.

Mr. Gordon agreed with all of these terms.

On June 6th, Mr. Gordon told me that he already spoke to police officers at 17th Precinct, and he asked me to meet him at a restaurant near the 17th Precinct of NYPD. I went to that restaurant. Mr. Gordon asked me to go to the 17th Precinct. I told him that I wouldn't go there. He told me he would set the police up once I went into the Precinct. He told me that I had to confess with the police, because he already promised the 17th precinct to make me surrender to them. Now, I realized that Mr. Cordon is just another cheater who set me up!

Again, I was arrested by Officer Loo and his squad team at the 17th Precinct of NYPD.

I was sent to the same prison located at 100 Centre Street of New York.

I was handled by the same group Honorable Judges of the Criminal Court of New York City.

The same tricks and the same traps repeated with the same false statement and perjury!

Around 2 a.m. on July 7th, 2011, Mr. Gordon finally showed up at the Court to bail me out. Right at the court, he told the Judge that Elisa Guo was a Chinese Spy, which I told him never say that at the Court. That would allow the Judge to ask me to provide evidences. I don't have right to judge on that. But I have evidences to prove that Elisa was a Chinese military officer.

Immediately, right at the court, I fired Mr. Gordon. It him who set me up. I asked him to refund my money. He promised to his assistant to refund money to me. However, he had never refund a penny to me.

From June 2010 to December 2012, I have retained a dozen of attorneys to deal with the cases created by Elisa Guo. At least half of those attorneys were approached by Mr. Greathead of his people from Human Rights First, and half of those attorneys were actually helping Elisa Guo to persecute me.

Once I was released, I was fired by Morgan Stanley on July 2011. On the following court hearing date, I asked for Government attorneys to represent me. Eventually, Mr. Ronald Saffner represented me for this case.

Fortunately, the court gave me a copy of the complaint for this lawsuit.

What does this complaint complains? It simply complained that the defendant posted articles with bank account information. However, the police officer and the prosecutor had never provide any evidences to support this complaint.

The 17th Precinct dared to provide the evidence in their report. Let me help them to show the evidence. Actually, in early 2011, I reported to FBI regarding Elisa Guo's espionage activities. In that report, I listed 14 bank accounts that created by Elisa. On May 22nd, 2011, I posted my report to FBI in my blogger. Please check the following links for more details:

However, for each bank account numbers, I only show the last 4 digits out of 12 digits bank account numbers, as shown in the following snapshot.

Elisa Guo and the 17th Precinct just used this blogger articles as their evidence to arrest me. But they dared to show this evidence to the court. They knew that I didn't expose any sensitive information about Elisa Guo. However, they could just arrest me first using whatever evidence as an excuse!

The Honorable Judges of NYC criminal court, including Hon. Gerald Lebovits, Hon. Joanne Quinones, Hon. Diana Boyar, etc., punished me and asked me to plea guilty for over 12 months based on this false statements and perjury!

Eventually, on March 18th, 2012, the Honorable Diana Boyar dismissed this case without giving me a reason. Up until now, 10 months have passed, the court hasn't refund me the $1500 dollars bail out money.

What I did wrong? Why the NYPD polices arrested twice based on the same false statement? Why these Honorable Judges signed about 10 protection order against me? Just because I posted articles and exposed the 13-bank account information with bank accounts number hidden? If that is the reason for them to arrest me and to punish me, I posted again as shown in Fig. 18.5.!

Officer Loo, please let your squad team at the 17th Precinct of NYPD to come over and to arrest me again! If you don't do it, please surrender yourself to the court and plea guilty for creating false statements and arresting me based on perjury!

For those HONORABLE judges at NYC criminal court, please sign your protection order to protect the Chinese Military Officer Elisa Guo again, just like you signed it in the previous two years. If you don't you think you have the right to do it, I wish you could say sorry to me.

Shame on all these HONORABLE Judges appointed by Mayor Bloomberg!

19. Within 3-Years,  3-Honorable New Jersey Judges Couldn't Resolve my Divorce case!

In Early August 2010, I retained Ms. Natalee Picillo as my matrimonial attorney. I asked her to submit my divorce file as soon as possible. She was ready to submit the divorce paper for me in Early September. However, after she spoke to Elisa Guo's attorney, she told me that it would be better let Elisa Guo as the plaintiff. Then she just wait until Elisa Guo's attorney submitted the complaint first.

In October, Elisa Guo's attorney submitted interrogatory files and asked me to answer all the listed questions. Within two weeks, I answered all the requested questions and provided all the requested documents, including all my bank statements in the last 7 years, insurance information, etc.

At the same time, Ms. Natalee Picillo also submitted the similar interrogatory questions. However, Elisa has never answered a single question, never provided any bank statements for the last 30 months. Instead, Elisa kept threatening me and my attorney that we had harassed her by submitting such kind interrogatory questions! Ms. Natalee Picillo represented me for 8 months. She couldn't move the case for a single step! She couldn't have Elisa provide her bank statement in 8 months! And she was so afraid of Elisa Guo. I fired her in May, 2011.

I retained Mr. Angelo Perrucci as my matrimonial attorney.

Actually, I found Mr. Angelo Perrucci in early 2011 when I showed up at the Franklin Municipal Court. I asked him to represent me for the domestic violence case at the Municipal Court. He made it dismissed in June, 2011. That case lasted for about 19 months.

Then, I asked Angelo Perrucci to represent me for matrimonial case. He charged me $5,000 and promised me that it was enough for him to resolve the matrimonial case. However, after he was approached by people from Human Rights First which was founded by Scott Greathead, especially John Kelleher, the attorney representing Elisa at that time, Mr. Angelo Perrucci immediately worked for Elisa Guo's benefits. I provided to him all my bank statements and showed him all the large amounts that were transferred by Elisa Guo to Elisa Guo's personal accounts. However, Mr. Perrucci tried to prove that Elisa didn't transfer any money to her personal accounts. At the court, Mr. Perrucci even worked with Mr. John Kelleher, and they told the Judge that they already have created a resolution, the only problem was that I didn't cooperate with them! That was the attorney who represented for me but worked for the benefit of Elisa Guo! I fired him immediately right at the court! Mr. Perrucci refused to give me back my documents, including the bank statements I provided to him. He also refused to refund the $5,000 that I paid to him with which he promised to resolve the matrimonial case for me.

The divorce complaints in early September of 2010. It has been 30 month old. There are three Honorable judges at the Somerset County Superior Court has handled this case, including Hon. Julie Marino,  Hon. Anthony Picheca, and Hon. Thomas Miller. Currently, it is still looked hopeless to resolve this case.

The Hon. Julie Marino signed the consent order on June 24th, 2010 as shown in Fig. 13.10. Elisa Guo immediately violated this consent order by refusing to cooperate with the municipal court to dismiss the domestic violence case and refusing to return me the $2,000 security deposit. I asked the court to open the original complaints dropped by this consent order, but the neither the legal guardian nor the Honorable judges would response my requests.

The Hon. Anthony Picheca gave me a trial on September 9th, 2010. Elisa complained that I posted articles on the web, she also complained that I raped her on 5 occasions, and I used hot water to kill her.  I complained that  Elisa tried to move into my apartment while holding an temporary Restraining Order. It was obvious that Elisa Guo lied in her complaints. During the two days trial, Elisa Guo herself confessed to the Court that she was graduated from Chinese Military University, and thus she was a Chinese Military officer and a member of the CCP. However, Hon.  Anthony Picheca just simply stopped Elisa talking about her military background. Finally, Hon. Anthony Picheca gave me a Final Restraining Order, and then an Amended Final Restraining Order, as shown below.

This Protection Order was turned out to be a gallows that would kill me. Elisa Guo used this protection order to sue me again and again. Once a time, Elisa had 5 Restraining order against me at the same time! And this Restraining order has no deadline and it will last forever!

20. The Honorable Thomas Miller helped Elisa Guo to rob me, and made me a slave of his ex-clerks!

Once Hon. Thomas C. Miller became Honorable, he started to be in charge of my matrimonial case. Now, Hon. Miller has in charge for this case over 20 months. However, the case is still hopeless to be solved. Hon. Miller hadn't move the case forward, he couldn't get a single bank statement from Elisa Guo, even though my ex-attorney requested it many times. What the Hon. Miller has done was simply to help Elisa Guo to rob me. Elisa Guo transferred about $280K from our joint accounts to her personal accounts, but Hon. Miller didn't do anything to force Elisa Guo return my money. In August 2011, Hon. Miller also evicted me from my House in New Jersey and allow Elisa Guo to sell the house and to steal all my personal belongings, including social security card, passport, etc.

I lost my job in 2011, and I have no income since July 2012. I submitted motions to request reducing the Child support amount. However, Hon. Miller told me I had no ability to represent myself. Per Elisa Guo's requests, Hon. Miller repeatedly forced me to visit psychologist to check if I had mental problems. And those doctors charged me thousands dollars for each visits.

At the time I lost my job in July 2011, Elisa Guo created 4 cases against me at the same time. I could no longer afford an attorney to represent me. However, Hon. Miller assigned legal guardians again and again.

Mr. Carl A. Taylor III was the first guardian appointed to me by Hon. Miller  in about November 2011. Mr. Taylor spoke with me about 10 minutes. Then he told me he would submit reports to Hon. Miller. He refused to give me a copy of that reports, and he refused to tell me what he wrote in his report. Then, he sent me invoices to charge me about thousand dollars.

Mr. Taylor's was used to be a clerk of Hon. Anthony Picheca at the superior court of Somerset County. I believed that his normal hourly rate would be around $150. However, he charged me at hourly rate of $300. By naming Mr. Taylor as my Guardian, he just charge me while working for Hon. Miller!

Mr. Michael DeTommaso is another Guardian appointed by Hon. Miller to me. Mr. DeTommaso wrote to me several letters and promised me he could have Elisa Guo provide the requested bank statements and to cooperate on the paternity test.

Honorable Judge Thomas Miller ordered me to pay Mr. DeTommaso at hourly rate $325! Mr. DeTommaso we kindly reduce the rate to $300 hourly.

Now, seven months passed, Mr. DeTommoso couldn't get a single bank statement from Elisa Guo, and he couldn't have Elisa Guo cooperate on the Paternity test!

I asked Mr. DeTommoso to advise me to submit motions to reduce the Child support amount. Mr. DeTommoso always responded: "I am your guardian, not your attorney." What is the use of this guardian? His responsibility might be just play with Judge and Ms. Elisa Guo to have this case unresolved forever! But he charged me at a high hourly rate.

My ex-attorneys charged me at most $200 hourly. They might not move this case fast, but at least they move it slowly. However, the guardian appointed by the Judge would just help the Chinese military officer to buy more time, so that they can destroy me eventually.

Honorable Thomas Miller is helping his ex-colleagues or friends to make more money on me! At the same time, Hon. Miller is making me a slave of Elisa Guo, as well as those guardians and doctors! I have no money. But all of them kept sending me invoices.

Honorable Judge Thomas Miller already helped the Communist Military officer to rob my house, to steal $280K from my account, and kidnapped my child. I have nothing left. But they wouldn't stop there. They are trying to rob my future value and my future wealth! They forced me to be their slaves for in my whole life! I believe that what the Chinese government ordered Elisa Guo to take from me is my life.

Honorable Thomas Miller, I am fully surrender to you! I couldn't fight against a Chinese Military officer who was fully backed by a giant Communist Country and backed up by so many Honorable judges, as well as Attorney Generals and police officers!

I wish Honorable Thomas Miller just simply do whatever Elisa Guo asked you to do: either send me into your prison, or just take my life for the Chinese Communist Government. At least the American prison would not charge me $325 hourly!

Please stop this game as soon as possible, or just tell me when do you want to end this game!

21. Elisa Guo is not the only Chinese Military officer in the United States.

22. I am not the only victim of Unrestricted War initiated by the Chinese government.

President Obama and Lawmakers of the United States:

I feel my life is in danger! I am writing to you to ask for your helps. I wish the American government would fight back the "Unrestricted War" initiated by the Chinese government. I wish the U.S. government agencies would investigate the above mentioned cases and bring these Chinese military agents or secret security agents to justice as soon as possible. Otherwise, more and more American individuals or corporations would suffer more loss, even life loss.

As I mentioned that I have reported to FBI and local police many times. However, I hadn't got responses from them for almost 2 years. Now, I have no other ways to protect myself, except writing this open letter to all of you.

21. Judge Miller helped the Chinese Communist to rob me and set me up!

I filed divorce paper to the Somerset Superior Court in September 2010. Three Honorable Judges have handled this simple divorce case for over 29 months. They couldn't resolve this case. I instead, these Honorable Judges have tried all methods to keep this case alive, so that they could help their ex-clerks or friends to make money on me, and they could help the Chinese Communist to rob me until destroy me completely.

Especially Honorable Judge Miller has worked with the Chinese Military officer closely and set me up many times.

Elisa Guo transferred $280,000 dollars from our joint account to her personal accounts. I asked the court to force Elisa Guo transferred the money back to me. However, Judge Miller claimed that I was lying on that, and said hadn't done that. I immediately provided the bank account's statement and the copy of checks that showed Elisa Guo's transfer activities. Honorable Judge Miller refused to look at those evidences.

Judge Miller has helped Elisa Guo set many traps to set me up. Here I only describe how Judge Miller helped Elisa Guo to rob my house.

It is my house. Elisa moved into this house since July, 2007. Elisa moved out this house on June 29th, 2010. She lived in this house for 3 years. However, Elisa didn't pay any expenses while she lived in this house. She just simply to deposit all her income to her account. That is why Elisa could have half million of cash saved in her 14 bank accounts!

However, Elisa kept telling Judge Miller that I hadn't paid any substantial child supports for the past 3 years! Elisa Guo requested to sell the house. Although I provided evidence to show that it was I who paid all the expenses for this house and for our daily expense. Hon. Judge Miller said I was a liar, and he granted all the requests of Elisa Guo, including selling my house.

The house was titled under my name. I thought Elisa might not sell my house without my approval and signature. However, she can, and she did it with the helps of Honorable Judge Miller. Just like Mr. Robert Bernstein had told Elisa Guo: "Everything is possible here!"

How did Elisa sell my house? It was quite complicated. It was a well designed trap that set my up completely. Here are the steps for how to rob my house with the helps of Honorable Judge Miller.

Step 1. Elisa Guo submitted motions to sell my house.

In about August, 2011, Elisa submitted motions to request to sell my house. I have never served with any such kind motions. Elisa has never served me this motion.

Step 2. Evicted me out of my house without any notice.

When I showed up at the court in September, 2011, Hon. Judge Miller just simply say one sentence to Elisa Guo: "You can sell the house."

I asked the Judge for any legal documents for selling my house. Judge Miller refused to provide me anything, he even didn't provide me the motions he was talking about.

Right after that court date, Elisa Guo sent someone to change locks for my house. Since then, I have been strictly forbidden to get into my house.

Step 3. Elisa Guo robbed all my personal belongings in that house.

Elisa take over my house. All my personal belongings were left in that house, including my Lexus Car in the garage, my dress, my passport, my social security card, all my documents, etc.

At the following hearing date, I asked the judge to allow me to get my personal belongings from the house, at least allow me to get my cloths and foods in the house. However, Elisa told Hon. Miller that nothing left in the house! Miller immediately rejected my requests, and judged that I was a liar! I asked Judge Miller to send someone to the house and check if my car was in the garage and if my clothing were in the house. Judge Miller rejected my requests and adjourned the hearing.

Step 4. Hon. Judge Miller Granted Elisa Guo the Power of Attorney.

Since then, Elisa has the right to sign any contract for me without my approval!

Elisa must signed many legal documents or contracts for me without acknowledge me. I got the above these files at the end of 2012, while my house has been complete sold.

Step 5. Hon. Miller appointed a temporary Guardian to me, so that he deprived my right to defend for myself.

On December 19th, 2011, Hon. Miller appointed Carl Taylor as the Guardian ad Litem for me. I strongly opposed to assign me an Guardian. However, Hon. Miller just simply made the decision.  Since then, I was not allowed to show up at the court hearing, I was not allowed to speak to Hon. Miller directly, I couldn't have any chance to discuss with the Judge about my divorce case. The Guardian can make all decisions for me without my approval and without acknowledge me! That means, legally, I am no longer exist in this world!

Mr. Carl Taylor has never given me any advice. He told me he was responsible for Hon. Judge Miller. He told me he wrote a report to Judge Miller which suggested that I have no capability to represent myself.

Judge Miller ordered me to pay Carl Taylor at the rate $225 per hour! Judge Miller forced me to pay a guardian that was forced to appointed to me!

Step 6. Judge Miller issued court order to force me to be checked by Dr. Donald Franklin.

Judge Miller claimed that I might have mental problems and I didn't have capability to represent myself. He ordered me to be checked by a Psychologist,  and the Psychologist had to be assigned by Hon. Miller. Hon. Miller would not allow me to be pro Se to represent for myself, unless I was checked and confirmed by a Psychologist.

On May 7th, 2012, I went to see Dr. Donald Franklin, the Psychologist assigned by Hon. Judge Miller. Dr. Franklin asked me to answer a question list. Judge Miller ordered me to pay Dr. Franklin at a high hourly rate. Dr. Franklin has never given me any of his report to me. I didn't know what the kind report Dr. Franklin provided to the court until recently I got the following statement by Judge Miller.

I believed that Dr.Franklin knew Judge Miller and knew what kind report Judge Miller need. Dr. Franklin just provided the suggestion what Judge Miller wanted. Dr. Franklin confirmed that I had mental problems and need a guardian! However, when I asked for reducing the child support amount, all these people no longer insist on I had mental problems, instead, they said I had capability to make $250K annually!

Since Michael DeTommaso was assigned as my Permanent Guardian, I have no chance to meet nor to speak to Judge Miller. Every time I had court hearing, Mr. DeTommaso will represent me to discuss my case. He could make decision for me without my approval.

It has been 7 months since DeTommaso was assigned as my Guardian. Judge Miller judged me has mental problems and couldn't represent myself. While Mr. DeTommaso told me that he was my guardian, not my attorney. Then, no one can defense for me. The Honorable Judge Miller completely deprived my right of defense!

Actually, Hon. Judge Miller, Elisa Guo, DeTommaso, and Mr. Ira Treuhaft has been working like a team. They just work together to rob me, and to destroy me! The role of Mr. DeTommaso was simply a Messenger: he conveys whatever decision made by Judge Miller. However, he refused to convey whatever I asked him to tell Judge Miller. For example, I asked him to tell the Judge Miller that I need to have a hearing to reduce the Child support amount. He refused to do that. He told me I need to submit motions. However, I submit such motions in 2011, Judge Miller rejected my requests. And then, Judge Miller told me I had no capability to represent myself.

DeTommaso hadn't done anything positive for me. He just counted his time he spent with me, talking, phone, email, etc., all of the time he spent with me would be listed in his invoice. He charged me $300 per hour! He even couldn't get a single bank statement from Elisa Guo in 7 months! Elisa asked the Judge that her bank statements are very sensitive, and she asked the Judge to give order that any of her bank statements could only be viewed in the court room, and can't make copy, etc. Hon. Judge Miller granted Elisa Guo's such kind ridiculous requests, and my Guardian DeTommaso also agreed with such requests. However, even the Judge and my Guardian both promised to protect Elisa Guo's sensitive bank statements, Elisa Guo still refused to provide any of her bank statements.

Whom does Mr. DeTommaso work for? I don't know! At least I didn't get any benefit from DeTommaso's excellent work. But he charged me $300 per hour. And I have no rights to fire him, and I have no right to speak to him!

Step 7. Elisa Guo Sold the house, and she wanted to take all gain from house deal.

I purchased my house at $750,000. Elisa sold it at $535,000. The house deal resulted $215,000 loss. However, Elisao Guo wanted to have $100,000 from the house deal.

At the end, Elisa Certified that: "I am aware that if any of the foregoing statements made by me are willfully false, I am subject to punishment."

Item 5 stated that: "He has not paid any substantial Child support in the past three years". This is definitely a false statements. I can provide evidence to show that I paid all of the expense incurred in our family since July 8th, 2007 to July 1st, 2010. Elisa hasn't spent any of her income in our family expense. That is why she could have half Million cash savings!

I asked Mr. DeTommaso to remind Judge Miller that Elisa Guo made many such kind false statements, and lied to the court. But Mr. DeTommaso wouldn't listen to me.

Step 8. To transform the $100,000 rewards into Elisa Guo's pocket using "defaulting" rule.

By selling the house, Elisa Guo received roughly about $100,000. These money should be allocated based on our actual cost and contribution to the house. However, Elisa wanted to own all of it.

Again, Elisa Guo tried to have it by default.  Mr. Ira Treuhaft, the Fourth attorney of Elisa Guo for he matrimonial case, prepared a motion named "Order to Show Cause". It requested the court to give me order to show reasons that I can share the gain of the House deal. It requested me to provide such kind evidence with 2 weeks. If not, it means I defaulted from getting any benefit in the house deal.

It was my house. Now they asked me to prove it within 2-weeks, to prove I had the right to get the gain from selling the house. Otherwise, all the gain would be defaulted to be Elisa Guo's! And most important, they had never serve this file to me. They provided proofs to show that they had sent certified mails to the residential house. However, they clearly knew that I was evicted that house and Elisa Guo could access that house.

Judge Miller had allow Elisa Guo applied such kind "default" rules many times to get benefit.


21.8. Mr. Ira Treuhaft has represented Elisa Guo's since August 2012.

Now, hope you can understand how Hon. Miller helped Elisa Guo robbed my house. And, my guardian Mr. DeTommaso, and Dr. Franklin all played important role in robbing my house. However, Hon. Miller and his team wouldn't stop there.   Mr. DeTommaso, Dr. Franklin, Mr. Taylor were all ordered to work for me. Each of them charged me at a rate about $300 per hour. If they work for me one year, I need to work for ten years to get enough money to pay their consulting fee!

This is quite familiar! We have seen such kind Gang criminal in Hollywood films. However, it was real happened today, It is still on going criminal drama showing in the courtroom of the Somerset Superior court in New Jersey!

I believe that Honorable Thomas Miller should not be that kind evil! I believe that it is only the Communist or the Nazi could be that kind evil! There might be a reason for Honorable Thomas Miller to do that kind evil things, and to help the Chinese military officer Elisa Guo to rob me and to destroy me. I shouldn't guess what are the reasons. But I couldn't stop to guess. I just wanted to guess who is behind all of these traps. Here are possible answers:

1)  The Chinese Communist. Because they hate me so much, and they just wanted to cover Elisa Guo.

2) Robert Bernstein and Scott Greathead. These two were so anxious to provide helps to Elisa Guo. Bernstein used to tell Elisa: "don't worry, everything is possible. All the Jewish people are on our side. Most of the Jewish attorneys knew my name."

3) Ms. Paula Dow, the Attorney General of New Jersey. She had sent her detectives to harass me.

4) Mr. Michael Posner, Assistant Secretray of the United States. Bernstein said Michael used to be an assistant of Mr. Greathead, while Greathead is always an assistnat of Bernstein.

Anyway, the Chinese Communist is always behind it. No one else could play such kind big trap.

I am one of the victims, and Elisa Guo is one of the fighter for the Chinese Communist. Also, I am not the only victim, and Elisa is not the only fighter. Fig. 22.1. Mr. Bingzhang Wang is one of the most famous Chinese dissidents. Ms. Qi Zhang (Lady on the left) and Ms. Qingxin Yan (the lady on the right) are sisters. The two ladies dated with Mr. Bingzhang Wang. In June 2002, these two ladies lured Mr. Wang to Vietnam. Mr. Wang was kidnapped and brought to China by a Chinese Military squad. Mr. Wang then was given life sentence in prions by the Chinese Communist. Fig. 22.2. Ms. Qingxin Yan clearly confessed that she had worked as a special agent in the Chinese Military for over 14 years. Fig 22.3. Mr. Ming Peng was another well-known Chinese dissident. On May 28th, 2004, Mr. fell into the similar trap designed by Ms. Qingxin Yan and Ms. Xin Zhang. Mr. Ming Peng was kidnapped by a squad of Chinese military forces. He is serving his life sentence in China. Fig. 22.4. Mr. Hongbao Zhang was another Chinese dissident and a well-known leader of Zhong Gong, a spiritual group. He was false suited by Ms. Qingxin Yan, Ms. Xin Zhang, and Ms. Nanfang He (the lady on the left). These 3 women filed 50+ domestic violence lawsuit against Mr. Zhang. Mr. Zhang won or resolved most of these cases. However, he was killed in a car accident on July 31st, 2006. Kidnapping and murder are the two major methods for the Chinese government to destroy the Chinese dissidents in the United States. The above mentioned three ladies, Ms. Qingxin Yan, Ms. Qi Zhang, and Ms. Nanfang He, are responsible for kidnapping Mr. Bingzhang Wang and Mr. Ming Peng, and might be for the death of Mr. Hongbao Zhang. However, these three ladies are still live in the United States without any investigation. Fig. 22.5. Right in this house, Mr. Xiaoye Wang was poisoned by his wife. On January 6th, 2011, Mr. Xiaoye Wang was poisoned to death by his wife Ms. Tianle Li in Princeton, New Jersey. Fig. 22.6. Ms. Tianle Li showed up at the court. Ms. Tianle Li might have been trained in the Chinese Military as a military spy or as a special agent for Chemical Weapons. Otherwise, she couldn't have had that kind skills, technologically and psychologically, to use Thallium to poison her husband to death. Fig. 22.7. Mr. Yan Zhao was an ex-Chinese Police Officer. He was sent to the United States by Mr. Qishan Wang (one of the 7 members of the Chinese Communist Standing Committee), and Mr. Dongran Qi (a PLA General in charge of the Chinese military spy agency). Mr. Yan Zhao has recruited some of the Chinese military officers or police officers to set up a terrorism group, which is targeting and kidnapping Chinese dissidents in the United States. Prior arrested by FBI, even Mr. Yuhua Tang was one of the member of Mr. Zhao's squad. Fig. 22.8. Mr. Chengshan Tang, on the right, is a Chinese police officer in North-East China. He was invited to the United States by Mr. Yan Zhao and became an active member of Yan Zhao's squad. He probably involved in kidnapping Ms. Yan Hu, the lady in the picture. Fig. 22.9. Mr. Gengmin Qiu was listed as most wanted by Interpol. Mr. Qiu was also recruited by Mr. Yan Zhao and became an active member of Mr. Zhao's squad. On, June 1st, 2012, Mr. Feihu Han was kidnapped from my house in New Jersey. His telephone records showed that Mr. Feihu Han was kidnapped by Mr. Yan Zhao's group, including Mr. Chengshan Tan and Mr. Gengmin Qiu. There are many other victims and offenders from the Chinese Security Agencies. I couldn't list them all here.

23. I need helps

Dear President Obama and Lawmakers of the United States:

I feel my life is in danger! Not only threatened by the Chinese Communist, by also threatened by some of the American powerful people who are helping Ms. Elisa Guo to hide her espionage activities. Making this letter public, I understand that I might have offended some Honorable judges, some powerful politicians, as well as some police officers. They have the power to arrest me without any excuse! They have the right to put me into prison without any evidence!

I am writing to you to ask for your helps. I wish the American government would fight back the "Unrestricted War" initiated by the Chinese government. I wish the U.S. government agencies would investigate the above mentioned cases and bring these Chinese military agents or secret security agents to justice as soon as possible. Otherwise, more and more American individuals or corporations would suffer more loss, even life loss.

As I mentioned that I have reported to FBI and local police many times. However, I hadn't got responses from them for almost 2 years. Now, I have no other ways to protect myself, except writing this open letter to all of you.
